I am offering my beautiful 1942 Ivan Allison handmade violin for sale. It is full size. Please see pictures. This violin is in super nice condition. Ivan Allison lived in Charleston West Virginia and was a superb craftsman. You will notice in one of the photos the initials IA carved into the peg box. Mr. Allison did this to all of his instruments. Just as an interesting sidenote, the viola that was gifted to the Japanese emperor by the US president a few years ago was made by the same gentleman.
I am only parting with it because I need to make room for another instrument.
