The is one of the Jackson Guldan fiddles that have been discussed on the forums here and elsewhere. This one is "The Guldan" which was their top-of-the-line model. It has been refurbed and polished, as you can see. Not by me, though. It looks good and plays well. The general consensus is that these fiddles "play better than they should". I don't know what that means, but this one is a fine fiddle, especially for the price.
I'll include a case that is good enough for protection in transit, but an every-day case it is not, unless you are fond of large rubber bands. I'll loosen the strings, but keep enough tension to hold the bridge in place for the trip.
