This is a fine violin made in Cremona, the birthplace of the violin itself and still home to many of the world’s finest makers. It was made in 2009 as a collaboration between two excellent makers, Patrizio Orippi and Alessandro Gambarin.
It has a two-piece back and is varnished with a fine oil varnish. It has a rich and very powerful tone. It has been professionally set up by Maxham Violins and has a set of Wittner pegs. It comes with a certificate of authenticity from the makers.
This violin affords the buyer a wonderful opportunity to have a great-sounding Cremonese instrument at a very accessible price.
